All agent partnerships follow RECO Code of Ethics and the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act. Commission flows route through your brokerage of record per RECO requirements. Affiliate agents earn a commission on DealScore report purchases through their unique referral link. Commission flows through your brokerage of record. Specific rates and payment timing are detailed in the affiliate agreement.

What does district exclusivity mean for Strategic partners?+

Strategic partners are the only featured agent in their designated district. Other agents may operate in the area, but DealScore directs all featured promotion and referrals to the Strategic partner.

Can I cancel?+

Affiliate and Network tiers: yes, with standard notice periods. Strategic tier includes a multi-year commitment to protect district exclusivity for both parties.

Are co-branded materials RECO-compliant?+

Co-branded materials include your name, brokerage of record, and RECO registration. Templates reviewed for compliance.

What if my brokerage objects?+

Most brokerages accept the structure since commissions flow through them. We can have a brief call with your broker of record to explain the arrangement if needed.
