DealScore
Home Inspectors

Build a steady inspection pipeline. OAHI-compliant from day one.

Most inspectors fluctuate between feast and famine. DealScore delivers consistent inspection bookings from buyers who have already purchased our property analysis — structured to fully comply with OAHI's referral fee prohibition. Multiple engagement levels available.

Why DealScore?

Predictable bookings

Stop hoping the phone rings. Network Inspectors receive 5-15 bookings per month from active DealScore buyers. Lead Inspector receives 20-30 with priority routing.

OAHI-compliant structure

We don't pay referral fees (illegal under OAHI rules). Instead you join our network via annual subscription, or take ownership in our Inspections subsidiary. Full compliance, no professional risk.

Operator ownership path

The Lead Inspector position includes equity participation in DealScore Inspections Inc. with milestone vesting. Build the inspection division alongside your career income.

Compliance & professional standards

All inspector partnerships follow OAHI Standards of Practice. OAHI prohibits per-referral fees, so compensation is structured through alternative compliant models: annual network subscription for Network Inspectors, employment relationship plus subsidiary equity for Lead Inspector. Active E&O insurance and OAHI/RHI credentials required. Specific structures finalized in partnership agreement.

Frequently asked questions

How does compensation work without referral fees?+

OAHI prohibits per-referral fees. Network Inspectors pay an annual subscription for platform access; per-inspection payments compensate for services rendered to the buyer. Lead Inspector is an operational role in our subsidiary with employment-based compensation, not referral fees.

Who books the inspection?+

The buyer books directly through our platform. You receive notification and contact information. You schedule the inspection and conduct it under your own credentials.

Whose insurance covers the inspection?+

Yours. Active E&O insurance and OAHI/RHI credentials are required. The inspection service relationship is between you and the buyer.

Can I work outside DealScore?+

Yes for Network Inspectors — the subscription is non-exclusive. Lead Inspector is an operational role with mutually agreed time allocation.

How fast is the booking flow?+

Booking volume varies based on overall DealScore activity in your area. Specific volume expectations discussed in the discovery call.

What credentials do I need?+

Active OAHI or RHI certification, current E&O insurance, and operating under your own business entity. We verify credentials during onboarding.
